The Economics of Music Rights
How publishing, master rights, and catalog structures create durable revenue — and where value is often misunderstood.

Found Creative Investments
Found Creative Investments identifies, develops, and connects capital to the businesses, intellectual property, and creative projects shaping culture.
The Thesis
Creative work is more than culture. It can become intellectual property, businesses, experiences, communities, and enduring economic assets.
Found Creative Investments explores opportunities where creative vision and commercial potential intersect.
We look beyond the individual project to understand the broader ecosystem:
What We Explore
These are fields of active study and evaluation — not offerings, allocations, or committed investment categories.

Independent film, production companies, television concepts, film slates, and entertainment businesses.
02
Music rights, catalogs, publishing, artist businesses, live music, and music-related ventures.
03
Original intellectual property with potential across film, television, publishing, gaming, licensing, merchandise, and other media.
04
Theatre, festivals, experiential entertainment, events, venues, and cultural experiences.
05

Our Model
Find exceptional creative projects, businesses, and intellectual property.
Assess creative quality, commercial potential, ownership, audience, economics, and risk.
Help promising ideas become commercially viable businesses and assets.
Connect creators, operators, strategic partners, and appropriate sources of capital.
Where appropriate and through properly structured vehicles, participate in selected opportunities.
Help successful creative businesses and intellectual property grow internationally.
Participation in any opportunity would occur only where appropriate and through properly structured, legally compliant vehicles and documentation.

About
Found Creative Investments was created around a simple idea:
Exceptional creative work deserves sophisticated capital.
FCI exists to explore the intersection of creativity and economics — identifying opportunities where cultural relevance, intellectual property, entrepreneurship, and financial potential meet.
We are building a platform designed to connect the people creating culture with the people capable of helping it scale.

Founder
FCI was founded by entrepreneur, Imani Jones, who has worked across creative industries and international markets for over 10 years — with experience spanning brand and marketing, entertainment, and cross-border business development and consulting.
That perspective is less about a financial track record than a point of view: that creative work is increasingly built like a business, and that the people who understand both languages are the ones who can connect them.
The work today is deliberately early — research, relationships, and the careful development of a network across New York, San Francisco, London, Rome, Paris, and Milan.
